Over the last 20 years, Clúid has amassed very considerable experience in property development. In recent times the routes for the provision of affordable rented housing has multiplied, and we have built up considerable experience in different arrangements including: building, buying and leasing. We manage all of these properties, either owned or on behalf of others, to the highest standard.
We have also developed extensive expertise in a number of specialist areas including regeneration, refurbishment and Mortgage to Rent. Most of our housing is general needs and we are the largest provider of sheltered housing for older people. We also provide traveller specific housing.
